Sam doesn't advise from the sidelines—she powers heavy-hitting missions. As the founder of The Sulong Group, she brings over a decade of executive leadership, major gift fundraising, public affairs strategy, and bi-coastal experience spanning the East Coast and Southern California. A former State Commissioner, five-time NJ Powerful Women honoree, and Pennsylvania Healthcare Trailblazer, Sam has directed major legislative victories and served on leadership teams for multi-million dollar organizations and movements.
Sam treats philanthropy as pure movement building, bridging high-net-worth resources with grassroots urgency. Her strategy has driven transformational scale, including securing $25M for a single organization, growing major donor revenue by $900K in under 18 months, and unlocking seven of the largest charitable gifts in organizational history. Today, she partners with leaders nationwide to mobilize capital, sharpen brand strategy, and flex community power.
