With over a decade of executive and C-suite leadership spanning the East Coast and Southern California, her experience is anchored with national movement organizations like Planned Parenthood and YWCA, as well as frontline social service nonprofits. Sam brings rare authority to every room she enters.

She was a Commissioner to the New Jersey Asian American Pacific Islander Commission, a five-time honoree as one of New Jersey’s Most Powerful Women for political fundraising and AAPI activism, and a Pennsylvania Healthcare Trailblazer. Sam’s career is defined by campaign and legislative victories for the people.
